RealAge Recommendations -- Full Plan
Now the plan to fix this! What I have to do to get the weight off and the fitness level up! Here is the goal,
Loose a total of 15 inches from my whole body,
Loose weight 2 steps -
Step 1 - 10% of my weight to be lost in 2 months 22 lbs to loose!
Step 2 - Months 3 to 4 loose another 10% approx 20 lbs!
Fitness goals, Cardo - Bike riding at 10KM or faster for 30 - 45 minutes
Activities: Swimming, Bike, Walking, Weight training, rowing, boxing, Yoga
Activities: Bowling, Biking,
Diet: High fiber, Whole grains, no white sugar, not white flour, reduced red meat, increased fruit and veggies, fish, eatting 6 smaller meals a day!
Stay tune for the final meal plan! Working on it now! Oh and I will post some of my favorite recipies too!
Start day for diet and fitness program starts Monday November 30th, 2009 -
I will post my starting measurments and weight!
I know this is going to be a lifestyle change! not a diet! I have to stop drinking the pepsi!oh that should take 10 lbs in like the first week!
