12 Grain Bread


I made this bread last night - 4 loafs and we ate one as soon as it came out of the oven! It smelt so delish, and it was!

Here is what you need:

1-1/4 Cups of warm water
1/3 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup 12 grain flour
1/2 cup of 12 grain cerel
1-1/2 teaspoons yeast

Mix and kneed for about 15 minutes, Let stand and rise for 40 - 60 minutes. Punch down and kneed for 10 miutes, shape into loafs and place into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees

Remove from the loaf pan and let cool!

When still warm, cut a few slices and add butter! YUM! So good!
