I am back! and ready to loose 50 lbs with your help!

So going to get back into posting a daily journal. Following my progress in the world of exercise and diet. 39 and 40 is coming fast and I want to get into better shape than the shape I am in right now. I want to loose 50 lbs in 15 weeks, Quit drinking Pepsi, and eat better, and exercise at least 3 times a week! LOL GOOD LUCK TO ME!
