When do you realize your are really getting old?

It's funny how we go through life and at times we are happy and proud to be the age we are and other times we need to lie! Right now I am 38, I have been told that I look younger, can still turn heads on a good day, yet everytime I look into the mirror right now I see the crowsfeet around the eyes, The hair line is getting higher, Oh and the grey hairs are coming in in places that grey hair should be! I don't shave for a couple of days and I have a beard growing in with grey stubbles! I need to loose 50 lbs and get into shape! I am now well over 35 days as a non smoker so that is a good thing. Mind you I LOVE JUNK FOOD RIGHT NOW! Can't seem to get enough of it and if you are already over weight so that isn't good! Oh well, I guess as long as I can still move and keep up with the younger boys and the older one in my life (Yes I do mean David)He is having on hell of a mid life crisis! LOL down to 165 lbs and 15% body fat! He is looking smoken! Well I guess your only the age you feel and some days that 25 and other days it 65! Today its some where in the middle!
