Okay, I know that for years we have all been saying that we Canadians have been getting hosed at the pump. But come on! it goes up 13 cents a liter here and 4 cents a liter in Texas, and that is were the storm was? Really we need to figure out something and fix the problem?
Perhaps we need to get a handle on our oil?
